Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home health therapy services in various regions. The position involves helping patients regain or improve daily skills following injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a home setting.
• Utilize experience with HCHB, OASIS, and home health protocols.
• Deliver therapy services during scheduled hours, typically Monday through Friday.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and productivity standards.
• Travel between patient visits, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure and occupational therapy license required.
• CPR certification and BLS may be required.
• Experience with home health, OASIS, and HCHB systems essential.
