Responsibilities

• Conducting OT starts of care, evaluations, recertifications, discharges, and treatments within patients' homes and assisted living facilities across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license
• Home health experience
• BLS certification may be required
