Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient functioning and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams and support patient progress through therapeutic interventions.
- Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient capabilities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Coordinate with healthcare teams and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license
- Experience in home health or related settings preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently
- Adaptability to diverse patient needs
