About the role
An Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients with medical and functional limitations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions
- Evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient goals
- Conduct patient assessments
- Establish treatment programs
- Modify care as needed
- Document progress according to physician orders
- Assess referred patients
- Establish and modify treatment plans
- Provide direct care
- Ensure compliance with physician directives
- Work in a clinical setting to promote patient recovery and functional independence
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Pass the NBCOT exam
- Hold or be in process of obtaining state licensure as an OT
Requirements
- Minimum of one year professional experience
- Current CPR certification
