Responsibilities

• Assessing and improving patients' daily living skills through therapy interventions.

• Maintaining documentation and adhering to licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License and MD OT license.
• Home health experience required.
• BLS Certification may be required.
