Responsibilities
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
- Adhere to infection prevention protocols and safe medication administration standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Schedule
Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts.
