Travel Nurse - Telemetry

Travel role for an experienced RN in Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and respond to clinical changes following protocols.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Provide patient and family education related to care and discharge.
• Deliver high-quality telemetry nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
