About the role
Seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to provide patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and clinical team members
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure
- Assess patient status and respond to changes per clinical protocols
- Ensure safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and updates
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Schedule
- 36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts
- Support patient care activities across various clinical situations
