About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining infection prevention and safe medication administration protocols.
- Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Performing focused patient reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing and patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
