Travel Nurse - Telemetry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join a healthcare team in a travel capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical staff.
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
• Provide patient care in a telemetry setting.
