About the role

Seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.
• Preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and providing post-procedure monitoring.
• Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates.
• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and the clinical team.
• Providing comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit.

Schedule

• Working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
