Travel Nurse - Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Support safe patient care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Duties

• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
• Provide focused patient assessments and ensure effective communication during handoffs.
