Travel Nurse - Telemetry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe medication administration and infection prevention practices.
• Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure recovery.
• Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and care plan updates.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
