Responsibilities

• Ensure safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes using established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and clinical response skills.

Key Duties

• Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts.
