About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Niagara, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug screening test.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, nights.
