Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Charting
- Assessments
- Charge duties
- Medications administration
- Perform clinical skills such as: IV's, catheters, ostomies, etc.
Requirements
- Certified BLS
- Living within 80 miles of the facility for local rate
- Elderly care experience
- Experience with IV's and titratable drips
- Experience with tele monitors and monitor techs
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams including therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping
- Experience with Respiratory Therapists on-site 24/7
- Experience with pharmacy on-site and medication dispensing system
- Block schedule with 8-hour shifts, 4 nurses, 7 aides during day/pm, 2 nurses 3-4 aides at NOC
- Every other weekend requirement unless specified
- No holiday requirements
- No on-call requirements
- Floating requirements
- Any solid color scrubs, clean & professional dress code
- Varying unit/department orientation based on skills
- MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield
