About the role
MSSI is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a position in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
- Manage daily operations within the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- At least 1 year of experience as a House Supervisor or similar role
- Experience with hospital operations and patient care
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Benefits
