Job Details Certifications: BLS, PALS Education Requirements: No specific degree required; minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Location Requirements: Valid state license; compact license must be in hand at submission. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient acute care, code management, crisis intervention/management, and infection control. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Responsibilities: Supervising nursing care delivered on all units organizationally, managing patient safety initiatives, and coordinating interdisciplinary support services such as IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and others. Other Requirements: Candidates should include responses to specific submission questions, including prior experience at healthcare facilities similar to the organization, and provide two references covering at least one year within the last three years. Note: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in contract termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
