Travel House Supervisor RN - $2,700 per week

About the role

Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Riverfalls, Wisconsin. The assignment is at a small community critical access hospital that is Level IV trauma certified and an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical backup primarily for the Emergency Department, plus Med‑Surg/Special Care.
• Perform hands‑on clinical backup in the ER and Med‑Surg/Special Care as needed.
• Work 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Work every third weekend.
• No on‑call requirement.

Requirements

• RN license (pending license accepted).
• Emergency room experience.
• Charge Nurse experience.
• House Supervisor experience.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Ability to start 10/26/2026 for a 13‑week contract.
• Willing to travel; local candidates not accepted (100‑mile radius restriction).
• RTO (report‑to‑office) ideally no more than 5 days.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week.
• 12‑hour night shifts.
• Every third weekend worked.
• No on‑call.
