Job Description

The role requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts, 5 days a week. Requirements

• Experienced Registered Nurse House Supervisor
• Full-time schedule of 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts, 5 days a week
• Shifts can be either 8a-4p, 4p-12a, or 12a-8a
• Covers M-Thurs 4p 8a, and Fri-Sun, and holidays 24/7
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Experience with productivity standards and staffing requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as DPH, TJC, OSHA, etc.
• Knowledge of infection control, isolation procedures, and workplace safety
• Experience with central staffing and managing assaultive behavior
• Experience with de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, and emergency preparedness
• Experience with managing narcotics, discharging patients, and documenting processes
• Experience with IVs, starting and maintaining IVs, and coaching/counseling to performance standards
• Experience with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA guidelines
• Experience with risk management, sentinel events monitoring, and reporting
• Experience with internal and death documentation and processes
• Experience with facility bed diversion and managing patient flow
• Experience with incident reporting and customer service
