Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Oversee patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and work areas.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
