About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN DOU - Direct Observation Unit for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct observation care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit setting.
- Assist with patient care activities as directed by the Charge Nurse.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- BLS from AHA required.
- 1+ years of Observation experience required.
- WI/Compact RN license required.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in a Direct Observation Unit setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
