About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN DOU - Direct Observation Unit for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct observation care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit.
- Assist with patient care activities as directed by the unit manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and care activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as RN-Observation.
- Active -RN-IL license.
- Active- BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- BLS certification required.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
