About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN adheres to professional standards of practice and performance, demonstrating clinical knowledge and skills tailored to specific clinical areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver evidence-based nursing care.
- Coordinate care, educate patients, and promote health and wellness.
- Maintain compliance with specialty-specific requirements and documentation protocols.
Qualifications
- RN degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Valid RN license and current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- At least 2 years of recent bedside RN experience in Medical Telemetry and IMCU.
- Proficiency with EPIC documentation system.
