Float Nurse
Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float/Flex Team, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Performs complete patient assessment.
- Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
- Collaborates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
- Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
- Maintains and implements the patient's plan of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse: AR.
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 days of hire.
