Float Nurse

About the Role

As an RN on our Float Pool team at St. Vincent, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units. You’ll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your ability to provide care for various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while remaining consistently calm and positive.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients within the area of competency.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated.

Requirements

• Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas.
• One (1) year of experience in a Critical Care environment required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Additional certifications (like ACLS and PALS) may be required, depending on unit assignments.

Pay

$32.28 - $43.58 per hour.
