Role: RN Float Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across various hospital units including med-surg, telemetry, and step-down.
• Assess and monitor patients, administer medications, and support clinical procedures.
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EHR and deliver patient education.
