• Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings according to protocols.
• Supporting care coordination to ensure continuity of care across providers.

• Ability to work independently during 8-hour shifts.

Pay

Approximately $10,016/month gross.

Schedule

40 hours per week.
