Travel Nurse - Case Management

Key Responsibilities

• Documenting care, patient responses, and communications in medical records
• Administering therapies and monitoring for adverse reactions or condition changes
• Performing medication reconciliation and communicating discrepancies
• Supporting care coordination across providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage documentation, patient monitoring, and communication effectively

• Shift: 8 hours, 40 hours per week
