Travel Nurse - Case Management

We are seeking an RN - Case Management for a travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to facilitate timely decisions.
• Perform patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings following clinic protocols.
• Support care coordination efforts across providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in case management or clinical assessment.

Schedule

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
