We are seeking an RN - Case Management for a travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers for timely decision-making
• Conduct patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings per clinic protocols
• Support care coordination among providers to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to support care coordination and collaborate with healthcare teams

Schedule

• Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts
