We are seeking an RN - Case Management for a travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Communicate clinically relevant updates to support provider decision-making
- Conduct patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings following clinic protocols
- Coordinate care across providers to ensure continuity of care
Schedule
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
