Responsibilities

• Perform medication reconciliation, identifying and communicating discrepancies.
• Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screenings following clinic protocols.
• Maintain infection prevention practices during patient interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to follow protocols and ensure patient safety.

Schedule

40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
