Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population
- Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions if adverse symptoms occur
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in patient care procedures and medication management
