Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients.
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare medical equipment and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
- Respond promptly to adverse symptoms by initiating appropriate interventions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities.
- Proficiency in medication administration and wound care.
- Capacity to respond effectively to patient needs.
