Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Initiate alternative actions in response to adverse symptoms.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license.
• Strong clinical assessment and bedside care skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to patient needs and adverse events.
• Competence in medication administration and invasive procedures.
