Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients and conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate alternative actions as needed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs when necessary.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in medication administration and invasive procedures.

This role involves working night shifts, providing critical bedside care in a fast-paced environment.
