Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
- Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions in response to adverse symptoms.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to perform technical procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
