Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside care to diverse patients, conducting personalized assessments to develop tailored care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant nursing licensure
- Strong clinical skills and ability to perform detailed assessments
- Attention to patient safety
