Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, performing individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Recognize adverse symptoms and initiate alternative actions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
