Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, performing individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
