Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conducting individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
- Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate actions.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication management.
- Proficiency in wound care and IV insertion.
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
