Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing license and relevant experience in MedSurg
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to perform procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
