Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients and conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate responses.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active nursing licensure.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to perform procedural tasks.
• Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
• Effective communication.
