Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients while conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
- Respond to adverse symptoms with alternative actions.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and invasive procedures.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
