Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population.
• Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Recognize and respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Ability to perform various bedside procedures.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
