About the role

Provide bedside care for diverse patients, perform individualized assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, prepare equipment, and ensure proper medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Respond to adverse symptoms with alternative actions
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency in medication management
• Ability to perform various bedside procedures
• Adaptable and attentive to patient needs in a fast-paced environment
