Role Overview: MedSurg RNs provide bedside care, conduct individualized patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Key Responsibilities Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medicationsRespond to adverse symptoms by initiating appropriate actionsChange dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication management, and procedural tasks. Ability to respond promptly to patient needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
