Responsibilities
- Plan and manage patient care tailored to individual needs, serving as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians through ongoing assessments of vital signs.
- Administer and monitor medications and dressing changes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and lead nursing teams.
- Identify and resolve patient care issues within the care plan.
- Administer intravenous medications and fluids, and maintain IV lines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
- Strong assessment and patient care skills.
- Ability to supervise and lead nursing staff.
- Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.
