Travel MedSurg LPN

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage patient care tailored to individual needs, acting as the primary observer for Registered Nurses and Physicians.
• Perform ongoing assessments of vital signs, administer and monitor medications and dressings, and care for intravenous lines.
• Supervise nursing assistants and lead a team of nurses.
• Identify, address, and resolve patient care issues to ensure optimal outcomes.
